It utilizes Undulating Periodization to intentionally shock the central nervous system (CNS) and tear muscle fibers to force adaptation. Over the next four weeks, you will move through a calculated progression using the Barbell Bench Press (The King) as your primary strength builder:
Week 1: The Foundation (High volume/High percentage work, depending on the routine).

1. Embrace Progressive Overload Relentlessly: You must increase the weight. Progressively overload each week, adding small weight increments. If you hit the top of a rep range with good form, you must increase the weight the following week.
2. Master the Movement: Do not sacrifice results for ego. Prioritize form and controlled movement for maximum muscle activation. Focus on controlled tempo, especially during the slow eccentric (lowering) phase.
3. Attack the Accessory Work: The protocol is packed with high-intensity movements like the Hypertrophy Superset of the Incline Dumbbell Press (The Upper Shield) and Weighted Dips (The Lower Chisel). Hit the Isolation & Pump Finisher with full ROM and a tight squeeze at the top.
